At the moment, the first version of search enginge is availible only for us. Until itīs published here, you can mail us at: program, and state the Neuron ID of the product. We will get back to you as soon as possible and let you know which software to use.
If the product is lacking a Neuron ID you may send the number of the article which the produc has, preferably the complete (xxx-zzz-yy) which is written in small print on the labels of the product.
If you have neither of these, Neuron ID or Article no, send us the Program ID that will show up when you install the product.
Please notify that we only have the possibility of tracking products originated by Naronic AB!
