All, deliveries from Naronic are logged referred to Neuron ID, Date and Custumer ID, for the purpose of tracking the products, so we can ensure backup etc. quickly and efficiently.

If you want to reduce your ordering time, there is a good solution to use a special designed order form, which can be used in both Excel format (.xls) and Access format (.mdb). If you use this form, then you may have your product marked with your own unique information and also have the opportunity to have an link to the uniqe Neuron ID on each product delivered from Naronic.
